Refund policy

All return(s) must be new in the original package and unopened for a full refund. Return(s) must be initiated within 15 days of the original invoice date from www.boatwashdownkit.com. If the item was purchased with “free shipping” freight charges will be deducted from the total returned amount/product credit. Items that are non-returnable include, tubing, fittings and any special-order product(s). Customer is responsible for all return freight cost and shipping items back to Boat Washdown Systems LLC. If the returned item does not arrive within 30 days of original invoice date then customer may only be able to receive an account credit depending on payment type. All refunds will be processed once our receiving team reviews the product, please allow 5 business days for product review. Refunds will be made immediately once the product is checked in by receiving. Once refund is made, some card issuers my not show the refund until the next billing cycle or statement.
