Shipping policy

All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was purchased as a “free shipping” item or product(s). All Boatwashdownkit.com orders will be shipped without signature required. If a signature is required by the customer, that customer may accrue additional fees associated. Any item or product(s) shipped outside of the United States of American will be charged freight, all export customers are responsible for any customs, taxes, or other fees associated with any shipment at all times. If a customer requests an address delivery change once an order has already shipped the team at Boat Washdown Systems LLC will work directly with the carrier to change delivery, if a delivery address change is possible all related fees and total shipping cost will be charged to the customer even if the original order was shipped free.  All Boat Washdown Kit shipments will be charged freight unless noted as a “Free Shipping” product(s). All shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer in full and freight charged will be provided prior to payment being accepted. If for any reason a freight charge was miss calculated, Boat Washdown Systems LLC will cover the additional fees within the United States of America. However, due to constant changing shipping rates for export orders, additional freight fees may apply. Boat Washdown Systems LLC will not be held responsible for or be liable if the product is delayed by any natural disasters, weather or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping dates and times will be provided using carrier tracking numbers. If additional freight fees are paid for faster shipping these fees will not be refunded due to unforeseen circumstances noted above.
